Where are you located?

We’re located just outside central Tokyo, Japan. Not too far from Disneyland and Narita Airport (good for fast shipping)!

What’s your warranty and return policy?

We want you to be happy that you ordered from us, that’s why we offer a reasonable 6 months warranty and 10 day return policy, even on used items. Read more on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 13 different countries. If your country isn't on on the list, contact us and we'll see what we can do. You can see which and read more about shipping here.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

10-35 days with the free shipping option, 3-5 days with the fastest shipping. There is also a middle-ground alternative that has reasonable cost and takes about 7 days on average. Read more here!

Why do prices vary slightly from day to day?

Prices displayed in anything else than Japanese yen may vary from time to time, depending on the daily currency exchange rate for your currency VS the yen. Exchange rates are updated twice a day.

How can I pay for my order? Is it safe?

You can pay securely with PayPal in your own currency.

Are you cheaper than eBay?

Sometimes, yes, sometimes not. We try our best to be! We’re 100% confident that we’re a safer and more reliable option though. We only ship items that are guaranteed working and problem-free (just pop in and play). You get what you see and we’ll gladly answer questions about items. We also have a robust warranty and return policy to make you feel confident in buying from us. On top of that, we aim to have the best direct customer service in the business.
